ABOUT
Stephanie Carbone Vaz
Estate Planning and Administration Lawyer
I believe it’s important for clients to know who they are working with. Here’s a bit about me and how I came to practice in wills and estates.
I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto before moving to the United Kingdom to earn my law degree at the University of Sussex. I then returned to Toronto, where I articled at a multi-practice firm on Bay Street.
After being called to the Ontario bar in 2018, I began my legal career at a multi-practice firm in midtown Toronto, where I increasingly focused my work on wills and estates. In 2025, I established Carbone Law with a dedicated focus on this practice area.
Planning for the future can feel uncomfortable, but it can also be an empowering and thoughtful process. That understanding is what naturally drew me to this practice area. Many of my clients come to me seeking peace of mind — not just documents — and Carbone Law was created with that goal in mind.
